Ordering Problems

If you purchased an electronic book using Paypal and have not received your link, please check your spam folder. If your order is missing contact us and we can help sort it out.

If you purchased a book which has not arrived within a reasonable period of time (usually about 2 weeks) please contact us

If you purchased using the “manual option”, please complete payment by sending your check or money order, along with a copy of the billing receipt you should have received via email to:

Signed Copies

Every effort is made to track available signed copies, but at times orders may come in simultaneously and signed copies may be sold that can not be fulfilled. In this case the purchaser will be given the option of an unsigned copy, a refund, or an additional delay if more signed copies can be procured.

Inscribed Copies

Generally inscribed copies are only available at special events, however some authors will inscribe a copy of the book on request. If this is available for a title additional costs and delays may apply. Inquire about availability.

Special Events

Book launch signings or readings will be announced on the events page. If no events are planned for a title but sufficient interest is expressed a virtual signing may be scheduled. During a virtual signing the author is available for conversation, may read from the work, and will sell inscribed copies of the book, just as at a physical signing.

Additionally, some authors are willing to read at events planned by fans. If you know you live in the same area as your favourite author, and you would like to arrange a house reading or other event, contact us to see if the author participates in these events.
